Benoit
Benoit is the founder of Parishortstay, and full time lover of all things French. In 2012 he left his corporate life behind and has not looked back. Benoit has made a success as an entrepreneur in the tourism industry by sharing his a passion for good food, fine wine, and travel. Benoit splits his time between Paris and Ireland and when not preparing a gourmet meal for his family he is busy documenting hikes along the glorious coasts and backcountry of County Donegal. Benoit follows and endorses UNWTO (United Nations World Tourism Organization) the agency charged with promoting sustainable, fair and profitable international tourism.

Annette
Annette is the originator of TravelJadore.com and an American expat moving to Paris 2012 with her 2 daughters. She escaped the gravitational pull of corporate life, and is now a promoter of luxury estates and creative events in Ireland, and the USA. When not working on the next adventure for her guests you will find her volunteering for a worthy cause, teaching Pilates, or roaming the back roads snapping pictures of the beautiful landscapes around County Donegal. Annette sits on the Board of Directors for APEX (The Association of Paris Expats) a non profit organization (Association loi de 1901) that provides information and networking opportunities for Expats living in Paris and Ile de France.
