Description and schedule of tour.

What to expect and schedule for the Giant’s CauSeway

Join us for our day trip to the Giants Causeway a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will be picked up in front of the shop at Ardglass Cottages at 8:30 am, you will then travel just over 2 hours inland straight to the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge.

Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge is suspended 30 meters (98 feet) above the sea below, this is not for the light headed or persons of delicate dispositions. But no worries there are still beautiful sights to see on solid ground. After surviving this terrifying ordeal, you will heard out for the Bush Mills Distillery where you have a well deserved bite to eat and sample some of the different types of the famous Irish whiskey (not included in price) including the famous Black Bush. Once you have had something to eat and plenty to drink, you will board the mini coach feeling refreshed, and then it’s off to the main event… The Giant’s Causeway!  This is truly a stunning monument that has been rightly titled one of the great natural wonders of the world. After exploring this marvel and walking along the costal cliffs you will head back to Portsalon via the picturesque Antrim coast, passing by the ruins of the medieval Dunluce Castle.

This is a great tour for families of all ages.
